I'm still getting used to all the R-O-O-M I have in the new cage that Mom built for me! There's enough room in here for my whole wonderful family! Mom is thinking of keeping two of my girls, which is pretty generous of her - considering that I snuck home pregnant in the first place!

The babes are ten days old today! Actually, they're almost eleven days old. Although they were indeed born on 9/19/1999, they were born between 3:am and 4:30 am, so they practically had a whole day to grow. Also, it doesn't help that Mom and Dad take pictures late in the evening after all the day's events have had a chance to happen.

Now you can really see how their fur has developed over the past couple days. They are growing into beautiful little Ratties, aren't they!?

Whiskers!

The camera was finally able to get their sweet, delicate whiskers into the image. Not to mention a few paws, tails, noses, and ears! Teehee!

Mom and Dad can't wait until their eyes open! But Sara (who signed my guestbook - thank you!) says they will be chasing me around for food, after that! As if they weren't enough work, already!

Whoops... Mom just reminded me that since the Router was broken yesterday she has unfinished work to do, and I have to get off her computer... Drats!
